In alternativa, ho un po' smanettato durante la pausa pranzo, accompagnato da un panino, e ti ho aperto uno speciale account su una sezione del mio sito.

Per i cartografi, scondo me ci sarebbe da studiare un raccordo con il sentiero che scende da, credo, poggio delle tortore ed arriva a compiobbi passando dalla pista di cross di san clemente. Se ciò fosse possibile si eviterebbero i trasferimenti in asfalto.
Per la cronaca, da dove siamo scesi noi siamo finiti sulla strada che porta a monteloro, cioè per intendersi la classica salita di Moneloro degli stradisti.

Quando arrivi al cartello che indica poggio alle tortore bisogna prendere il sentiero a sinista.
Quando arrivi al campo da cross devi andare a sinistra.

Comunque, a parte le fregnacce che sparo/iamo, da quelle parti bisognerebbe un po' approfondire; ho visto che ci sono parecchi sentieri che si diramano ed ho individuato, con l'ausilio di mappa e google earth un collegamento fra Monteloro e Molin del piano che sembra correre su un crinale che passa da una zona chiamata...ehm... "Le porche"..., nome quantomeno affascinante e suggestivo anche se dubito fortemente che potesse essere riferito a qualche leggiadra donzella della zona. Questo pezzetto sembrerebbe carino, così a naso anche se mi mancherebbe un raccordo. Sarebbe da andare a vedere, magari allungandosi poi verso il castello di Decima e rientrando a cerchio da una di quelle strade bianche che risalgono verso NO.

Il sentiero da Monteloro a Molin del Piano è grazioso assai: il problema é, che fai, dopo?
Sei sull'Arno, circondato dal bitume a 15 chilometri da Firenze!
C'è la ciclabile dal girone come abbiamo fatto noi ieri che arriva fino al teatro tenda, non è il massimo ma sei fuori dal traffico e lungo la riva dell'arno; se si sale fino ai ripetitori del Monte Fanna è sempre un giro con oltre 1000 mt di dislivello.
Lo conosco, ma il bello sarebbe riuscire a chiudere il giro rientrando a Firenze rimanendo in quota.
Certo se il prezzo è risalire su Poggio Pratone ...

Noi s'è fatta in asfalto, ma se si vuole il percorso su sterro si trova considerando che siamo in zona Poggio Alberaccio, Moriano e Miransù. Lì, di modi per rientrare ce n'è a sfare... un po' per tutti i gusti.

Una ipotesi verosimile è questa: da Molin del Piano si può benissimo integrare il giro arrivando a Rosano e poi rientrando dalla zona di Castiglionchio, fatta l'altro sabato da me e Masti. Noi s'è fatta in asfalto, ma se si vuole il percorso su sterro si trova considerando che siamo in zona Poggio Alberaccio, Moriano e Miransù. Lì, di modi per rientrare ce n'è a sfare... un po' per tutti i gusti.
Percorso finale piu tranquillo (ma di poco) dal Pollaio - Terzano a destra fra le case.
