Ok mi hanno risposto così da YT riguardo al maxle rotto:

thank you for your mail.
normaly this issue is not covered under warranty.
sometimes
SRAM if offering a new one as a gesture of good will if it happens in the first 3 month after purchasing the bike.
so please can you send us your maxle to the following adresse:
YT Industries GmbH
Zweibrückenstraße 2
D-91301 Forchheim
linked, you will find our Damage Form.
Please pack the defective part carefully to avoid damages due to shipping.
Then, print the damage form, Fill it in (Excel) and put it alongside the damaged item in the parcel you intend to send us.
Furthermore, please send us another version of the filled in damage form by E-Mail.
