Avete già pensato se utilizzerete del nastro protettivo sul telaio ? (Tipo Shelter)

Naturalmente vale anche per i pedali :)

Avevo pensato e.thirteen LG1r ma costano un BOTTO..

La vedo sempre più triste la situazione :(


"Dear Yt-Tues-Pro Customer,

thank you again for your order. Due to the delayed delivery of the crank-set by our external supplier E.13 the assembly of the bikes will sadly not be completed prior to the calendar week 24 (09.06.-13.06.2013).
That means, that shipment can start at the end of calendar week 24 at the earliest. We apologize for the fact that we are not able to indicate the order of the delivery of the bikes.

We therefore want to apologize for the delayed delivery and are confident that in future we can provide a smoother process.

To make the waiting for the bike a little less hard, we will give you in addition to your bike a Service Voucher (worth 100,00 €) for one complete Service at our workshop.
Additionally we will extend the warranty for your frame for an additional year (all other warranty-claims are not affected by this).

The further steps are these:

Some days prior to shipping you will receive an email from DHL with your parcel tracking number. Then the shipment can take up to 10 days according to the location of your shipping address

in the country or abroad. The state of the shipment can remain unchanged up to calendar week 24, as the shipment labels and the tracking numbers will be created prior to starting the assembling. Therefore we ask you to wait the end of calendar week 24, and not to inquire about your bike shipment earlier.

In the case of you not being at home when the parcel arrives, the DHL-Driver will usually leave you a note and bring it to the nearest post-office, where it will usually be stored ca. 7 work-days. Alternatively, you could authorize someone to accept the parcel. In this case, please make sure that the authorized person is at the shipping address when the bike arrives.

When your delivery-address is in Switzerland, your bike will not be shipped via DHL but with the shipping company Alpha-Sped. They will call you to make an appointment to hand over the bike.

Per quale settimana era previsto l'assemblaggio della tua?

Dai, in ogni caso ci hai guadagnato un buono assistenza da 100€ (ma per usufruire della loro assistenza devi spedire la bici in Germania??) ed un anno di garanzia in più..... non è male!

EDIT: ho visto ora... settimana 25..... se è vero che per la fine di settimana 24 iniziano le spedizioni, direi che sei in linea!

EDIT: ho visto ora... settimana 25..... se è vero che per la fine di settimana 24 iniziano le spedizioni, direi che sei in linea!

Scusami mi sono dimenticato di scrivere che la ricevuto un ragazzo di un'altro forum..

Il fatto che mi preoccupa è la settimana di consegna sicuramente adesso saltano tutte le data di consegne previste..

Però non capisco.... possibile che sia sempre colpa di qualche fornitore?

Capisco che ormai tutti lavorino senza magazzino, per ridurre il peso finanziario delle scorte, ma quelli di YT come lavorano? Ordinano al lunedì sperando di ricevere tutti i componenti entro venerdì??

Beh verosimilmente lavorano sul venduto.... Da qui il troppo successo ha superato le previsioni di acquisto e via... Ma magari il discorso vale anche per il fornitore eh....

Chiaro che lavorano sul venduto, ma visto che gli ordini li hanno ricevuti parecchie settimane prima ed anche i soldi li ricevono ben prima di iniziare ad assemblare, potrebbero fare un planning combinato con i vari fornitori, del tipo: "Cara E13, a partire dal 1/5 mi devi spedire 15 set ruote modello X e 18 guarniture modello Y ogni settimana".
In questo modo lavorerebbero meglio anche i fornitori ed i subfornitori....

A livello industriale le scadenze saltano solo quando le cose non sono programmate o quando succede qualcosa di molto grave (terremoto, ecc).
