"Dear Yt-Tues-Pro Customer,
thank you again for your order. Due to the delayed delivery of the crank-set by our external supplier E.13 the assembly of the bikes will sadly not be completed prior to the calendar week 24 (09.06.-13.06.2013).
That means, that shipment can start at the end of calendar week 24 at the earliest. We apologize for the fact that we are not able to indicate the order of the delivery of the bikes.
We therefore want to apologize for the delayed delivery and are confident that in future we can provide a smoother process.
To make the waiting for the bike a little less hard, we will give you in addition to your bike a Service Voucher (worth 100,00 ) for one complete Service at our workshop.
Additionally we will extend the warranty for your frame for an additional year (all other warranty-claims are not affected by this).
The further steps are these:
Some days prior to shipping you will receive an email from DHL with your parcel tracking number. Then the shipment can take up to 10 days according to the location of your shipping address
in the country or abroad. The state of the shipment can remain unchanged up to calendar week 24, as the shipment labels and the tracking numbers will be created prior to starting the assembling. Therefore we ask you to wait the end of calendar week 24, and not to inquire about your bike shipment earlier.
In the case of you not being at home when the parcel arrives, the DHL-Driver will usually leave you a note and bring it to the nearest post-office, where it will usually be stored ca. 7 work-days. Alternatively, you could authorize someone to accept the parcel. In this case, please make sure that the authorized person is at the shipping address when the bike arrives.
When your delivery-address is in Switzerland, your bike will not be shipped via DHL but with the shipping company Alpha-Sped. They will call you to make an appointment to hand over the bike.
