Our new EVO tube is the first product to use the thermoplastic polymer, AEROTHAN. Together with BASF we have been able to significantly improve the material characteristics. These improvements will considerably increase the benefits already achieved we dont want to hold back this advantage from consumer.
However, this optimization requires significantly tighter tolerances in the production process, which has to be stabilized during series production. We believe that the corresponding parameters can be reached in short-term, nevertheless, a definitive timeframe for delivery is currently not possible. Therefore, the market launch cannot be reliably confirmed. So, after careful consideration of all the facts, we have decided to postpone the delivery for the optimized EVO Tube into next season. We took this decision with great difficulty, but hope this statement creates clarity for our business partners and the bike industry as a whole.
