For our Client, leader in cycling sector, we are seeking to recruit a
Italian Sales Manager
The position will report directly to the Italian CEO and key responsibilities will include:
Develop and implement sales strategy (dealer selection, dealer and retail price and model requirements and sales opportunities);
Manage sales activities, communications, expense budgets, sales goals and dealer visit schedules. Oversee inside sales and customer service, forecast management, and B2B. Recruit, hire and develop staff as authorized;
Develop and submit for approval annual sales forecast by model (quantity and value). Oversee monthly quantity sales forecast to ensure it is aligned with current market demand and conditions and it is coordinated with Purchasing: model mix, color, sizes, availability, dealer credit limits;
Suggest, plan and oversee sales events, materials and meetings;
Oversee marketing activities to develop the brand and educate market on the products (advertisements, sales marketing, and events);
Lead team to develop brand and product marketing concepts;
Oversee marketing communications and events (web, catalogs, press communications, etc);
Develop and manage sales and marketing budget within authorized spending limits and activities.
The ideal candidate, with an experience of almost 5 years, will have a strong strategic commercial focus, with excellent organizational skills. A proven background in business-to-business sales and marketing is essential.
