Calibrazione Veneto IGM 25000 (ecw)

Salve,
ho una carta IGM del Veneto (solite fonti note) che non riesco ad aprire (Error reading ECW, projection not accepted: LOCAL).

Ho provato a calibrarla (Importa carte: Proiezione UTM, WGS 84, zona 33 emisfero N), ma quando apro il file .map così creato la mappa viene posizionata un bel po' più ad est del dovuto rispetto alle altre IGM che ho... per capirsi il centro della fontana del Prato della Valle è a 45.399987°N 17.876549°E invece che a 45.398448°N 11.876533°E...

Qualcuno ha un file .map corretto? mi basta anche un copincolla, o in alternativa gli estremi della proiezione e le coordinate degli angoli della mappa (è calibrata con tre angoli: il superiore sx, sup. dx, inf. dx).

Edit: il Veneto va in fuso 32, l'Italia è "storta"... potete chiudere!
