Stolen bikes in Eastern europe

Sorry for writing it in english. I don't speak italian, so I thought english would be better than google-tanslated-italian.
My name is Igor, I am from Russia and really concerned about all that news (for me that was news) about bicycles stolen fron Italy and selling in Russia and Ukraine. I mean this thread http://www.mtb-forum.it/furto-in-dsb/#comments
As a part of russin cycling community I think it's absolutely wrong to buy or ride stolen bikes, and I offer my help if I can do anything useful.
