Rif. Payer / Tabaretta

Hi, sorry for my english thread, but I´m a german biker and will ask you for some details about Rif. Payer (Ortles) down to Trafoi. Which one is better: Sent. 18 to Berglhütte/Rif. Borletti or Sent. 19 to Trafoi? And is it still possible to ride (July 11th 2020)? I will do this trip in about one week from Sulden to Trafoi. Any snow on the way?

And by the way:
- Fuorcla da Rims (Sesvenna) to Scoul also possible?
- Bildstöckljoch / Forc. del Santo to Kurzras
- Fimbapass from Heidelberger Hütte
Snow? Or other things to know?
