Problemi installazione Mapsource

Ma perché occorre fare così? Era troppo semplice fare un unico install?

..teoricamente non è free...viene venduto assieme ai navigatori..ma negli ultimi non lo comprendono..visto che vogliono far usare basecamp che invece non necessità di preinstallazione...ma non mi pice per niente...
