The 9Point8 FLR was announced last year and, as to date, one year later, it is not available to buy. You can check on 9Point8 website.

Yes, it is true, that there are other super-lightweight options out there. But all of the lighter ones mentioned above are either not 30.9/31.6 or do not have 80mm drop or are not 400mm long. And FRM Obi1 can not even be found on FRM´s own website. De gustibus et coloribus non est disputandum.
